Richard Osborne is an accomplished marketing professional, and communication designer, with more than 30 years‚ of experience. He has a passion for helping businesses grow and focuses on practical digital strategies to help them attract more customers, build customer loyalty, and grow market share.

Richard is a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design [now NSCAD University] and has received both a Bachelor of Design in communication design (B.Des.) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in fine art (BFA). He has earned the professional certification, Certified Design Professional (CDP), conferred by Design Professionals of Canada. As part of his continuing professional development, he also maintains a number of marketing and technical certifications.

Richard is also an active search and rescue volunteer. He has trained as a searcher since 2015 and currently serves as a field team leader. He maintains a Wilderness and Remote First Aid & CPR-C /AED certification and has completed the Intermediate Incident Command System (ICS-300) training.
